‍Receive an Offer: We’ll evaluate it and send you a fair market offer, typically within 24–48 hours.

‍Trade or Sell: You can accept a cash offer or apply the value toward another watch in our collection.

‍Shipping Made Easy: If we move forward, we’ll provide a fully insured shipping label and guide you through proper packaging.

‍Payment: Once the watch is received and authenticated, we will have you paid out that day. Every piece we buy is thoroughly inspected and authenticated, so we only accept watches in original or professionally serviced condition.

Selling Your Watch
Looking for a quick and secure way to turn your timepiece into cash? At Avum Collection, we offer fair market-value offers for luxury watches in pre-owned or new condition. Simply complete our “Sell a Watch” form and include clear photos, details, and any documentation. Once we review everything, we’ll provide an initial offer. If we agree on a price, we’ll send you a fully insured shipping label. After your watch arrives, it undergoes a full authentication and condition inspection. If all checks out, we issue payment within 24 hours through your preferred method. Please understand: We incur several costs to get a watch “retail ready” — this includes authentication, servicing, polishing, professional photography, listing fees, shipping, and sometimes replacing missing boxes and or other items. As a business, we must factor in these expenses and ensure there's still room for us to earn a margin. If a watch arrives significantly different than described or is non-authentic, the offer may be revised, or we will return it using your provided label. Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent process — and a fair value you can feel confident in

‍Trading Your Watch
Interested in upgrading your collection? Trading is a great option. Use our “Trade a watch” form and send us all the specific details and photos of your current watch, and we’ll offer a trade-in value to apply toward another piece from our collection. After inspection and authentication, we’ll finalize the trade — whether it’s a straight swap or involves additional payment on either side. If your watch arrives in a different condition than stated, trade values may be revised.

‍Consigning Your Watch
Consignment is the best way to get top dollar — with a bit more patience. We’ll agree on a listing price and send a fully insured shipping label and consignment agreement. Once received, your watch will be professionally photographed, listed, and marketed through our network. You’ll receive the net proceeds after it sells and our fee is deducted. If we get offers below asking, we’ll always check with you first before accepting. Check consignment fees in the next FAQ question.

Our consignment fees are structured to be fair and transparent, scaling with the value of your timepiece:

- $2,500 – $5,000 → Flat $500 fee
- $5,001 – $15,000 → 12%
- $15,001 – $20,000 → 11%
- $20,001 – $25,000 → 10%
- $25,001 – $30,000 → 9%
- $30,001 – $40,000 → 8%
- $40,001 – $60,000 → 7%
- $60,001 – $100,000 → 6%
 -Over $100,000 → 5%

‍The consignment fee includes insured shipping, professional inspection, and authentication. It does not include service or polishing, should they be required for sale. Any service-related costs will be discussed and approved by you first, and deducted from the net proceeds after the consignment fee.

Watch sells for $5,000
– $500 consignment fee
– $50 polish (with your consent)
= $4,450 net to you
